Keywords: backscattering, radiofrequency, integrated electronic

Abstract: Our ambition for 6G communication is to radically reduce energy in the IoT. To achieve this, we want to develop a proof-of-concept integrated circuit for zero-energy communication. The aim of this thesis is to design this circuit in FD-SOI and make it work in the 2.4GHz band. In this thesis, we propose to use a new design technique that is currently revolutionizing radio frequency design.
