Keywords: RF integrated circuits, 6G, telecommunications, impedance transformer, power couplers, power dividers

Abstract: The work of the thesis is part of the European project SHIFT KDT, bringing together 43 partners. As part of this project, the thesis work will focus on the design of D-band circuits (110 GHz – 170 GHz) for applications related to the 6th generation of mobile telephony (6G) and automotive radars. The type of circuits studied will be relatively vast, with mainly passive circuits: impedance transformers, couplers and applications, power dividers. The amplifier design will be approached in terms of application circuits of the implemented passive circuits.
