Keywords: MEMS, chaotic state, in-sensor computing, cryptography

Abstract: The ambition of this thesis is to explore the capabilities of MEMS sensors in chaotic conditions. We plan to undertake a detailed characterization and modeling study to understand this new mode of operation on on-the-shelf MEMS sensors. This initial exploration of the link between the measured signal and the MEMS response in chaotic conditions will allow us to develop sensors' sensitivity improvement technologies.
