Biography
Liliana Andrade received her engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes, Mérida, Venezuela, in 2012; and her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications from Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris, France, in January 2016.
From 2012 to 2015, Liliana worked with the Digital/Analog Integrated Circuits (CIAN) team at the SoC division of the LIP6 laboratory. In February 2016, she joined the Synchronous team as post-doctoral researcher at the Verimag laboratory and, in October 2016, she held an ATER position at the Polytechnical School of Université Grenoble Alpes.
Since September 2017, Liliana is associate professor in computer science at Polytech Grenoble. She is with the TIMA laboratory, System Level Synthesis team, in Grenoble, France. She teaches at different levels (undergraduate and postgraduate degrees) in the followings specialties:
- Electronics and Industrial Computing – E2I
- Computer Sciences and Electronics of Embedded Systems - IESE
- Micro-electronics, Real-time Embedded Systems – MISTRE
She is also pedagogic manager of the 5th year of the E2I specialty at Polytech Grenoble and she is in charge of the coordination of the scientific animation at TIMA Laboratory.
Her research interests include system-level modeling, design and validation of systems on chip, and acceleration of heterogeneous systems simulation.
