Realization of quantum dot devices with embedded control in FD-SOI technology

Cryogenic electronics, FD-SOI technology, Quantum dots, Embedded control, Quantum Information, Microelectronics

The electron spin in silicon is ranked as one of the most promising candidates for the realization of the basic unit of a quantum computer, i.e. the quantum bit. The project will focus on the development of a quantum dot device for the implementation of a large-scale spin qubit architecture with embedded control based on the FD-SOI technology designed and fabricated with entirely industrial methods and techniques.
