Keywords: Low power and high yield voltage conversion, RF CMOS design, Microcontrollers, On chip radio frequency transmission

Abstract: The aim of the thesis is to establish tools allowing to quantify the impact of pollutions generated by a switch mode power supply, a microcontroller core, or memories, over the performances of an RF transmitter, embedded on the same chip.
