The objective of the PhD is to explore the possibilities to design high-performance integrated circuits in the mm-wave band. The technology is provided by STMicroelectronics in the framework of a collaboration between STMicroelectronics and the RFIC Lab. The first objective will be to develop bandpass filters by using the whole BEOL, i.e. a 3D vision.
